A good intention to do somethings good for the children and communities has leaded me to form an organization that will help the poor children and marginalised people of the world family. LOVE THE CHILDREN INC is the result of this good intention. Our aim to support the poor, distress, orphan, marginalised children and their families.

Our dream is to make children as a golden citizen for the world. Our objectives are to ensure equal and promotion of justice for children. Our mission is to work for them who needs more and neglected. We believe every children has a childhood and we count every children. We have a dynamic team with commitment and stewardship leadership abilities. The cost of giving is a good feeling from insight of the heart. Giving is a noble virtue. When you give some thigs to someone, you feel the happiness in your mind. Giving a small coin can buy a million of feeling of happiness and joy. The Holy Bible Said- Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God. Do you know “You are one of the greatest donor of the world” Because you are doing somethings good for the poor people in the world, you are silent light-post for the poor and marginalised people.

Your contribution makes a positive and meaningful change of their lives. You are blessed and your generation will be blessed too. Every human has the power to give and gift. We consider you a generous donor and we count every cents of donation. We are committed and accountable for proper utilization of your donation. We are stewards. We care and accountable for your share of Love and Gift for the poor, orphanages, distress families and believers in world. We believe- “it is required of stewards that one be found trustworthy.” Let us work together-our aim to build a partnership in faith and action with local community- based organizations, local Not for Profit organizations, National and International Development organization, Individual, Corporate, Government, Churches and religious institutions to extend and implementation our program. The main view of this partnership is to work together for the betterment of the Children and for our communities.

Our appeal is to join with us, support us and be partner with us to help the people who needs you. I believe that it is OUR Charity; it is OUR organization, OUR Common Platform for helping poor people in the world. World need your generous support, prayer and donation. Remember that you have called, nominated and chosen for them. Our Team: We have a strong, dedicated, and committed team. Each of the team members are committed to work for the poor people of the world. They are voluntarily providing their time, money and merit for the organization. Their main objective of our team is to SERVE the People as We Can. Every member has a strong background of community and people services. Members of the team believe that Together we can go a far but need team-sprite and bonding of faith. We have a separate team in every working country. Our team is our power to serve and implementation of the programme.

Elcy Ruma Biswas - Chairperson

“A LITTLE HELPING IS BETTER THAN DREAMING A BIG” Elcy Ruma is an optimist woman with leadership experiences in developing sector since childhood. She dreams to serve the people and work for the people. She is motivated and passionate to the poor and needy people. She loves to work for the people and for the community.
Elcy Ruma has achieved the Master of Management Degree from the University of Dhaka. She has participated different professional and social based leadership training and seminar to develop her knowledge in the development sector. She is a person with honesty, integrity, trustworthy and leadership. She has served for Kumudini Hospital and Welfare Trust, Canadian International School in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has a good record for social work in Bangladesh. Since arriving in Australia in 2017. She has achieved Childcare and Age care Certificate in order to serve the community in Australia. She is a Former member of Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) of Bangladesh, Board member of Poverty Reduction Initiative (PRI), Bangladesh. She is also involve in Church and community based organization in Australia. Having a strong sense for the children rights and justice. She is always cheerful and smiling to all. She guide and nursing this organization with her beloved care and sincere.

David Dipak Karmokar - Tressure

“LOVE TO DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR THE PEOPLE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE”

David Dipak is our founder member and bearing the post of Treasurer since the formation of the organization. David Dipak is a pro-active leader with humble, trustworthy and honesty. He has a very good record of social work and church activities in Bangladesh as well as Australia. He is a faithful leader with no compromising with dishonesty. David Dipak is skilled in organizing of events, seminar and conference. He is good at fundraising activities. He loves the children and he is very motivated to work with children. He donated his time and money to the welfare of the children and their families.

Paul Modhu - Founder and CEO

TO OBEY, TO BE READY FOR EVERY GOOD WORK.

Paul Modhu, the founder and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Love the Children Inc. is a well-known humanist, social, community and church based activist in Bangladesh as well as overseas. Paul is well experienced and skilled in Grant Management, Project Management, Office Administration, communication and networking, fundraising activities. With more than 15 years of experience in Charity and Not for Profit organization, he has worked with a host of national and international development organizations before joining Love the Children Inc.

These organizations include Community Health Care Project (CHCP), World Vision Bangladesh, Marie Stopes Bangladesh, Habitat for Humanity International Bangladesh, Save the Children Australia, UNDP and Gender and Water Alliance Bangladesh.

Since arriving Australia in 2017, he has severed The Child Fund Australia, The Sunrise Project Australia, and Caritas Australia through different position. Besides his professional services in Not for Profit Sector. Paul is an active member of several social and voluntary organizations.
He has participated in different leadership and professional training and seminar in Bangladesh as well as overseas to skilled up his knowledge in his working area. Paul has served the following organization through volunteering-
1. Mirpur Baptist Church- Decon’s Assistant Secretary and Chairperson of Building Committee
2. Mirpur Sebok (who serve for HIS Kingdom) Samity (Community)- Founder and Founder Secretary

8. Climate Reality Project- Climate Leader in Bangladesh
9. Green Faith- Faith Volunteer in Bangladesh
Besides these volunteer and professional services, he has written different type of article focusing the religion thoughts, minority’s rights and empowerments. He also write books named The Seven Words of Jesus Christ on the Cross and Happy Easter. He is a good organizer and concerns about the rights of the minorities’ and poor people of the Bangladesh as well as world. Paul Modhu has a good intention to work for the poor and needy people, he spend his labour, memories, hard work, money and time for the up-scaled the poor and destitute people in the world. He believes that every sorts of good work has a big constructive return that can change an individual, family even a community. Let us come together, work together, meet together and think together somethings better for our neighbour, for our communities and for our people. Because- There should not be any compromise to establish sustainable, just, and peaceful society for our Generation.

Taposh Kar - Board Member

Let us involve with decent work- A well-known not for profit activist in Bangladesh. Taposh has more than 12 years of experience to work in Charity and Not for Profit Organization in Bangladesh. He has worked for the empowerment of the women and children in Bangladesh. He is a cultural minded community leader with passionate to the people. He loves to serve the people and he always try to help the people who needs more. Since arriving Australia, Taposh has engaged with Love the Children activities. He is good organizer, hard worker, trustworthy and synthesis for the poor and distress children. Tapos Kar is a social and community based activist. He himself represent the cultural activist of Bangladesh as well as Australia. He raises his voice for the poor people, minorities’ people and for establish of peace and justice in the community. Tapos is skilled in internal auditing and accounting procedure. He values commitment with honesty and Integrity. He thinks that- Everyone should be involve any good work. Because the result of good work is peace of mind and soul.

J. Alam - Board Member

A promising social and community worker in Sydney, Australia. J. Alam lived in Australia since
2000. He has a very good experience in community works. He used to his professional work
with Qantas Australia. He is involve local council and local community based organization. He
volunteer his time with Sydney Multicultural Society as well as some Bangladeshi organisation.
He is a good organizer and well-known secular activist in Bengali Community in Sydney. He
always help the people especially elder people.
J Alam loves the children and he is a good mentor of children. He is also skilled in communication and advocacy.
